Returns Policy

We are confident that the quality of our goods will far exceed your expectations.  This is because each piece of jewellery is fashioned by hand by skilled craftsmen who take pride in what they do.  However, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, simply return it to us within 7 days of it being despatched to you, to reach us by or before the 7th day.  We would happily offer you an exchange, refund or credit subject to the following:  

(1)  You notify us by calling 0208 471 7474 quoting your order/receipt number.  We will give you a returns reference number.  Please fill in the section at the foot of the sales invoice with your returns reference number, your name, the last four digits of the credit card you used to make the purchase and the address the card is registered at. 

(2)  The goods must be in their original saleable condition along with the original sales invoice.  The bar tag should be securely attached to the item with no signs of tamper.  The returned item should not have altered or re-sized in any way.

(3)  You must return the item with the original packaging using Royal Mail 'Special delivery'.  Please INSURE the goods for their value since we shall not be responsible for damage or loss of goods in transit.  In the unlikely event you receive the goods damaged, you should inform Royal Mail customer services on 0845 7740 740 and ourselves.  Please retain the packaging for examination by Royal Mail.

(4)  Earrings and nose studs are not refundable unless damaged.    

(5)  We cannot refund the original postage charge nor the cost of return. This applies to POSTAGE PAID items where we offer to pay the cost of postage on the understanding that you keep the item. 

(6)  Goods made to your specifications or personalised with engraving are non-refundable unless we have supplied the wrong item by mistake.  If this is the case, then we will happily rectify our mistake and reimburse the charge of postage incurred upon you, or give you a refund including the cost of returning the goods.     

(7)  Correctly sized rings supplied, that need to be re-sized shall be charged £35 plus postage and packaging.  Diamond-set wedding rings cannot be re-sized.
