Delivery Information
All prices on our website are in pound sterling and inclusive of VAT, which is currently 20%.
There are no additional delivery charges for items above £50,
We are currently only delivering to customers within the U.K mainland. Delivery to Ireland is temporarily unavailable.
Our chosen method of delivery is via Royal Mail. Items of value below £50 are sent by 1st class tracked. You will be notified when your order is despatched and provided with a tracking number if applicable. Items above £50 are sent via Royal Mail special delivery and are insured. You will be notified when your order is despatched and provided with a tracking number.
Subject to cleared funds:
Usually, we despatch plain wedding bands between 7-14 days from when the order was received.
Patterned wedding bands are made with you in mind, and take on average 2 weeks to despatch.
Diamond-set wedding bands are also made to order; therefore, they take approximately 3-4 weeks to despatch.
Diamond nose studs are usually despatched within 2 working days of your order being received. If your preferred stud is not in stock, you will be notified via email. We could offer you a refund, or if you’re not rushed to get your hands on your nose stud, we could make arrangements with our supplier to get it in as soon as possible – whatever you’re comfortable with!
All other goods are usually despatched within 5 working days of your order being received.

We shall be under no liability to yourself or third party for any delay in delivery or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.
We may be forced to cancel your order if, for instance (and not limited to), we are out of stock of a particular item and there is no alternative, there is an error in the pricing, our suppliers don’t have it in stock or have discontinued it. Causes beyond our control such as severe weather conditions, government restrictions such as lockdowns, strikes etc may also disrupt and delay delivery. Please make sure that you have plenty of time to adjust to unforeseen situations.
22 carat gold jewellery is generally available as one off pieces. It may be on display in our retail outlet. There is a possibility that the item has sold and therefore no longer available. Sold items shall be removed from the website as soon as possible.
There may be carrier restrictions to your postcode, please check on the Royal Mail website if you are unsure.
